Two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments are being sold by a builder in a new building with a wonderful view of the sea. The building is located on the highest point of the neighborhood and consists of a small number of apartments. According to the new requirements, a parking space is provided for each of the apartments for an additional fee. The builder has established itself with quality construction of many buildings on the Southern Black Sea Coast. The apartments will be rented out on a “tapa” basis with the possibility of turnkey completion upon additional agreement with the builder. The building will have an elevator and finished corridors and common areas. Expected Act 16 – by June 2025.
